Downloaded a few new tracks but some of them PCI and buck more are very laggy

Is it just the track or maybe I need to alter the graphics on my PC?

Tried a lower resolution but no different?

Seems fine on the tracks that come standard with game

I have the full game but would like to load a new track, the pfi one in the uk

I have saved the track file,  but lost on what to do next,

Can anyone post a step by step guide on how to do it pleass?

Also can I race others online? Every time I try it says theres no one online etc?
