Performance will vary according to the hardware you are using.

Please provide more information so we can help or advise properly.

Thanks

General Discussion / Re: my welcome here

The problem could have been that your ping rate went above the servers maximum allowed. Once that happens, you get banned from the server till it restarts. There is normally a few servers up but if you don't have the track installed, you cannot see the server. My server (realism-racing.com.au) at the moment is running ES Course so you are welcome to log in and turn some laps.

You can view download the track from the link in the calendar page on my site

http://realism-racing.com.au/krp_kc1.php

or you can get it from the tracks forum here too. Whatever suits you best.

Hope to see you on track

Setups / Re: Ferrari GT Experience Racing Wheel Setup
September 26, 2012, 02:07:38 AM
Not 100% about your particular wheel but most have settings available under 'Game Controllers' in the Control Panel. Go to the properties and there should be adjustable settings. You may have to install the driver package from Thrustmaster as well.

Racing / Re: turn outs

Would be great to see fields like this in KRP.

As far as the www.realism-racing.com.au league goes, I'd be happy with consistent fields of 10 to be quite honest. At this stage, it seems a good turn out is 5 which is a little depressing (but still great fun). There's plenty of drivers out there but not many who are regular racers with us. Some do 1 event and then disappear. I am not really sure why but would like to know. Maybe it's something we can adapt to or change to keep participation up.

I am just hoping it's not because they aren't up the front battling for the win. I'd never race if I took that attitude.

oh,is it ok if i say... is it Broken hill?   i heard off my head it was the shortest i think?  ???   but its ok, u have much more importent stuff then to make a track!  ;)

Got it in 1. Just downloaded the google maps image and it looks fast but tiny. Should be interesting to race on :D. I've had my 125cc kart for almost a year now and driven it once :( . Now that I'll be closer to the track, should be able to race more often.

With the track Xplex i go out of the pits and i fall threw like this invisible hole?    and i just keep falling and falling,  is it just me or is people having the same problem?  ???

Had the same issue at one track when I ran wide on a corner you would never conceivably run wide on. Got the kart to a couple hundred Km/h though which was funny. Will take a parachute next time

Still no further and there is still more to do on the site and my programming. The move to the country is definitely on so I will have to get down to Kembla to take all the photos I can and mark out bumps, etc. When I've done a few hundred laps of the local track where I am moving, I'll look at doing that one but Kembla will most likely be the first.
Hint: the place I am moving has the Australia's shortest kart track and has just been resurfaced. :D

Work and Dad's medical needs have been huge and now I have to pack up house and move 14 hours away so I wouldn't be counting on it any time in the next 12 months at this stage. I am still very determined to do at least 1 track but other things take priority.

Would ping be a problem racing on an austraillian server?

We've been Ok with a few guys/girls from US and Europe but their ping was < 200 and the time of our races could be an issue for you. You can view the site at www.realism-racing.com.au and  see if it will suit your needs.

Thanks guys for the replys and Ryan harris i saw you are in the making of toowoomba kart track how long untill that is finished ?

Welcome Arrowkart#3 and glad to see you signed up on the www.realism-racing.com.au forums too. MrShowtime did in fact create the Toowoomba track in Bob's Track Builder and the implementation to Kart racing Pro was done by the community here (Aritz I think took on the task but I could be wrong).

The track is drivable as is but I had issues using it online. I could join the server but not actually drive the kart. I still have to investigate more though. For now, you can download the track from :

http://kart.marianley.de/downloads.php?cat_id=1&download_id=149

Thanks and I hope to see you on track for our next round
