I have been asked to make a track for a company ( specifically their track, and if it is well made they said they will look into purchasing license keys and running KRP sim setups as part of their thing )
But for some reason I can export the track, and it will work in KRP, and other times it won't, I literally added 1 single object ( that needed to be moved a fair distance ) and then exported, it crashed, so I deleted the object, re exported, track still doesn't work, literally 1 in 15 exports are working, I'm not sure if this beta is just super broken? or if I have some how messed something up ( I have never had this problem when making tracks in previous betas )
I have tried all different versions of TrackEd, and still nothing, so any thoughts @ Pibs
A " red flag " command to be typed in chat by the server admin so like " !redflag " in chat or something. So basically it puts the race into a pause and some how gets the positions that people are in and freezes it.
Then as a " parc ferme " everyone has to stay under a specific speed limit ( 30km/h or what ever the pace lap speed is ) and then you have to return to the grid and return to what ever grid spot you are supposed to and then a 1 or 2 minute pause/count down and then go around for a single file start or something.
Hopefully people pick up what I am putting down. ( I know since I am saying it I won't get a reply ( from piboso ) but still its a good idea and would add another point of realism into the online racing when people try to do online series and stuff )
I am certain PiBoSo stated somewhere that he was going to release the new KG bodywork a while ago, but I still had a gander at modelling it and came up with this... Had a bit of a problem with the Nassau template, didn't get around to fixing it because I am working on other 3d models... but ye
Credit to Matt McLean who originally started making this back in 2013 but due to him actually having a social life he handed the project files over to me! Obviously Matt's and my version of Todd Road won't have anything on the KartKraft version but still, for the few who still play KRP have a good time with the track *Note - The shader on the track is really bright in this version of Todd Road, I have fixed it but I can't be bothered to really upload a newer version for such a small fix + I know its black around the track.
Proud to say my kit isn't just copy pasted from the low quality photo of the sticker kit, it is actually done from scratch... ( I know I have to line the things on the nosecone up so don't comment plox) still not sure if I want to release it publicly as I know for a fact that the Teletubbies ( krp spain group ) will take it and re release it and boom there goes my hard work..... sooo yeah we will see what happens
decided we needed one of the tightest skins of all time to be in Kart Racing Pro, so I did it. I'm not too sure what the exact like model/year this kart is, Taddzy probably knows, he knows everything. + I need to finish the steering wheel.
Over the past couple days, I have been working on this kart, I still have to sus out a lot of things on it, like getting steering arms to rotate correctly, and then finishing off the model completely, but here is what I have got so far.. Credit to - Bayley Bell - for the steering wheel Ian Bushey - for the seat PiBoSo - for taking the time for replying to me, you are the real MVP here. (on a side note, PiBoSo, I need your help with the plates, I have detached the front part of the plate from the rest of it, and for some reason my w_plate.tga texture is appearing black on the plate where the number is, so if you could help with that it would be delightful)
Lately I have been making tracks and engines for KRP, the fbx2edf is the most unreliable thing I have ever used. While making my tracks the exporter will be working fine, and then randomly it just crashes, and then I can't export stuff, I read all the notes that it shows, nothings actually wrong, and it just won't work. With my engines, I have had to send my own work to other people who have got 3ds max 2010 just to get it to KRP... I would rather not send my 3ds files to other people if you know what I sayin'. So, PiBoSo, if you have any idea why the fbx2edf is crashing, it would be delightful if you could give me some help.
Installation: Windows (C:) -> Program Files (x86) -> Kart Racing Pro -> bodyworks -> paints -> lk Download Link: Link removed due to Mr Velilla stealing the skin and releasing it with his own stickers with out permission, notifying me and giving me credit on release.
