i would love to geat a cheap second licence  seeing i paid for the first one as i loved this sim so much
i was hoping/praying it might be possible to pick up a discounted second licence as im gonna buy another race wheel
for my friends to play on and would love to save some moneyz ...

Local host implementation
Under the best laps page it would be nice to have another filter option that shows the best laps
from all the profiles saved on your computer showing thier times and names for each course
and also be able to export this data.

dedicated server implementation
it would be nice if the server could store a list of the top(10-100) fastest laptimes
this information could be used to display not only your personal best time but the server best time
on your hud/dash (possibly be able to set your dash to comepare server best or personal best to give you an indication of the server best splits ect)<<<<< THIS IS A GOOD IDEA PLEASE CONSIDER
and also maybe display the times either under the part where classification/analaysis is as server best lap times

ok i tried running 2 clients off the same licence on the SAME PC and the second does a connection timeout when trying to connect it to a server the first client is on thats probably down to the port the clients are using , so the spectator client is likey to have to use its own port or something.

ive also tried setting it up on the laptop and running a second client with the same licence and yes it will not let 2 licence keys connect to world at the same time.

it would be nice to be able to run a spectator Client that needs no licence to join the server :-

1. its nice for people that download the demo of this sim and be able to see some proper racing in action it might tempt them to purchase the full version of the game.

2. I would love to have the ability to have a spectator screen running while im holding a lan event (over Internet) at my house. i have a few pc's and laptops so to set it up on a that or a big screen for the guys to watch would be awsome.

Spectator client would need to be able to connect with out the need of a licence for ppl like me runnning it on a seprate machine (i dont really think anyone needs to pay for multiple licences to run this mode)

also in spectator mode it would also be nice to be able to have the laptimes of the racers on a full screen so for example i could run spectator Live action cam on one screen and have the live laptimes and engine info on another , this would truely be awesome !!!

well i think better give the ppl thier choice of each

SPEED = (MPH) or (KPH)
TEMP = (Degrees C) or (Degrees F)
Measurement = (cm) or (Inches)
Weight = (Pound) or (Kg)
Fuel = (Liters) or (Gallons)
Pressure = (Bar) or (psi)

just have a radio button for each option so ppl get exactly what they want

MY PREF from thess options would be   
MPH DegreesC cm Kg Liters PSI      -    im sure other ppl would come up with thier own perfered combinations but i see this as the only good way of sorting it.

What about tires pressure, fuel, track width, toe, and the other kart units?

well if there are choices to be made its better for the user to be able to configure how they want it so give them all the options to tick rather than put them under metric ect.

yeah i did this just after i made the first post but a copy current settings into new profile button would really handy also wouldnt have to delete the track times also

what im saying is if you choose english your tied with the MPH and Degrees F
i want MPH and DEGREES C
i dont see a way of setting this in the settings so i propose ditch METRIC / ENGLISH and go with 2 new options

SPEED = MPH / KPH
TEMP = Degrees C / Degrees F

this would give more choice

also maybe even have it in the window where you click on the EVENT info window

hell why not even give the options of the server admins to have a banner there of a set size always liked that about Battlefiled 2 servers.

it would be nice for the dedicated server MOTD to be able to set mutl lines of text i just dont think its tidy enough to have all rules listed in one line of text it would be neater if the server could give out the message like this

MOTD1 = "Welcome to ******* Server"
MOTD2 = "Rule 1 ************"
MOTD3 = "Rule 2 ************"
MOTD4 = "Visit Us @ www.******.com"

upto like say 10 messages

as i said in my one of my other posts it would be nice to have this feature EXAMPLE

Im planning to set up a race night for me and my friends , we have 1 pc with a wheel.
it would be nice to be able to set up a single pc tournament that you could sign up a few ppl too then take it in turns to set lap times ect,
i know you can to this singluarly in the test part of KRP but i want to be able to have some analaysis tracking and at the end of it maybe even print out some of the data with all sorts of info on it.

just an idea for ppl to expand on.

it would be nice to be able to copy a current profile into a new profile and give it another name saving all the time setting up the gfx and controls for each person who uses the computer.

i have a few friends that play at my house and im trying to set up an event where i can print some stats for each person and the only way to distinguish is set them up thier own profiles and then print all the times out for the different ppl, it would take far to much time to make each profile just to get thier names printed out properly.
