Can we get a steam key if we purchased before it's steam release?

As you're releasing on Steam this year, is it worth purchasing the license now?

I'm only interested in oculus rift support and prepared to wait if necessary, I really don't want to purchase it twice if your not providing steam keys to existing license holders.
