Can we increase it to 1.5 or even 2 MB? So we can attach 512x512 textures. They appear to save with a file size  of 1025kb ( 1 byte over the maximum).

Install: Move bg.map into a created folder named "misc" in your KRP install folder
Uninstall: Delete the "misc" folder

Has anyone tried Reshade? It doesnt work, but maybe i did something wrong. Reshade is like ENB series but for OpenGL games. Adds things like HDR and motion blur. I have a pretty low end PC so maybe that is the problem. Anyone else like to test? here is the link  http://reshade.me/

The rotation of addon dashes changes between kart chassis.

First timers create a folder in your KRP install folder named Tracks and put this zip file there. If that doesn't work  inside the tracks folder right click the zip and extract all then extract.
