Paints / Mini 60 helmets not working!

I just downloaded the beta 9 and i downloaded the art kart paint i put in the files of kart racing pro\karts\nl_mini\paints and i put it in there, then i went into the game and it didn't come up with it. Another problem i am having is in beta 8 i had all the helmets working then i downloaded beta 9 with the mini 60 now there are helmets with all the other karts but the mini 60 can some one please help me because i saw some one with out a default helmet.
