I think it would be good if instead of instead choosing race % when hosting a server we should be able to choose number of laps or time, this would not only make choosing litres of fuel easier for the drivers, but also we could run endurance races in the fs250 for example.
it would also be good to have a simple pitstop option if the server owner made it an endurance race. You should be able to go to pits press a button and your tires and fuel would be changed in about 2-3 minutes like the le mans 24 hour kart race.
Maybe the pitstop is a bit much but if we were able to disable tire wear and fuel usage then we could run endurance races.
What do you think?

when i start krp the fps goes 16 to 80 about once a second and kepps flickming really quickly from one to the other, when i am on track it means the sound and visuals are in about half second chunks
It did it in beta9 too but if i pressed the windows button, then clicked the krp tab at the bottom it would stop it, but this dosnt work in beta10b
if i then open the task manager in the background while krp is running to see what is happening then krp crashes with a 'runtime error' with this message
" bNormalizationResult failed in ../../include\ode/odemath.h:h326 "

i have recently taken a break from krp and i am back :)
Since coming back to krp i have noticed a few things that, if done better, would add to the enjoyment of KRP.
Firstly the starts, when you are sitting on the grid for the pre start and waiting for people to come to the grid it would be better if it were not possible to move eg the brakes are locked on full even if you accelerate, this is because people always get disqualified for accidentally rolling as they rev their engine or touch the throttle.
Also for standing starts and kz1 racing their should be an option for the creator of the server to opt for a 1 lap warmup so you dont have to do the 5 min warmup every race.
If the roll up lap did not have disqualifications (unless you overtake everyone and start the race from pole when you are last) then you would not have to restart the race the whole time cause someone accidentally hits a kerb and gets stuck, they should be able to speed up and re join.
Finally rolling starts there could also be an option to have a fixed roll up, so you grid half way around the lap and then all the karts are driven in formation but cannot be controlled by the drives until the corridors for the start begin, this would get rid of accidental disqualifications for going too fast or too slow.

Hi sorry if this has already come up before
Whenever I open a session either test or an online practise and go to select my kart etc if I change anything e.g. kart, helmet, kart paint then the game crashes
The only way I can change the kart/helmet/engine is if I go to the profile.ini in my documents and change it manually which is a pain
My pc specs are pretty low I have a 1.6 GHz processor and a prehistoric motherboard with an nvidia 7300 LE GPU and 2Gb ddr2 ram

i found this deal from cadillac that allows you to have 3 free months of iRacing to try plus a couple of extra tracks
just follow the instructions and you get a promo code, i used it but io think its only valid till july ish i think, not sure tho

This is one of my first attempts at making my helmet, i will be using this one online so to see it please download :)
(it is much better quality that the pictures show as i have to run KRP at lowest graphics cause of my pc :P )

i think it would be so cool if we could have some sort of damage engine in krp like this one in the video so that the karts would physically bend buckle and get damaged as they would in real life :) also the karts damage is in proportion to the force they are exposed to and the angle the impact is at, and/or if bumpers could be springy like in real life so when bump drafting ,for example, the bumper flexes :)
(also may be good for WRS ;) wrong forum i know :L )

I have looked at the forum but can't get any solution to the problem of low Force Feedback in the steering. I have just bought the Fanatec Elite wheel but the FFB is still very low most of the time. I think if the spring centre setting was way higher it would be good and the the cornering needs to put a load of sustained weight on the wheel. The only time where there really is any is when trail braking into a bend, Still not quite enough though.

Also, on the subject would be  the feedback going over objects such and kerbs which shocking often in reality.

Could you please provide a quick fix for this somehow as I need to use this for coaching and training.

Does anyone know how yo turn the FFB up more as i have it at 150% and FFB is enabled in game, in rfactor it is wayyyyyyy higher, is there any code i can change maybe Thanks for your help ( just go new fanatec csr :D )

Over the last couple of days my ping has been really high, not just like 100 but 500-650 even on my own server (not dedicated)
My internet isnt doing anything weird as far as i know and i dont know how to fix it
