I think to get more immersion of a karting weekend we need heat races.....

I have completed all the bodywork for the OK1, Just chassis, wheels and steering wheel to be completed.

I have taught Cory_Bro how to do paints through skype, this is his first paint so dont hate and it should be out sooner or later, i have put the image up because it was easier for me to do so...

Round 6 of the realism-racing was run and won at Es Course, Tim Harris took another win for round 6 of this ever growing series, closely followed by his brother Ryan, and Dylan Shepherd rounding off the podium. The field started with 9, but issues caused it to be a 6 person race in the end.

With the release of the Birel chassis just around the corner, once templates are released i plan on making a new paint. RK by Robert Kubica. The chassis is made by Birel from my understanding just like Exprit, Redspeed, Kosmic, Fa are all made by Tonykart.

I took alot of photos of my kart and with some work i created it on KRP, I have also made Arrow X1, Exprit and DR Kart (In database). It is pretty good considering we dont have the pods i use on Kart Racing Pro, and they wont get put on because there of an older model kart, But i like them. Please download so you can see me driving it online or if you think its a good sticker kit.
p.s The real life photos are from the NSW closed state titles where i placed 2nd after alot of practicing on Kart Racing Pro

I want to run a dedicated server but I can't open the right ports, i have tried over and over and got close but it still wont work. Anyways before i moved and had a different router i could run servers without having to open ports or anything, but it was a better router I think, Netgear which are quite well known for gaming. Im moving back there and will be using that router again.

Questions:
1. When routers are known for letting all ports in, like some say great for gaming or ill get a open nat type on some games, should ports need to be opened for them.

Hey guys! A friend told me about this game, i have being looking into it, it looks pretty sweet, but first, Im not advertising, I have nothing to do with them, Secondly, Its an Iphone/Ipad/Ipod Game, so yeh, here are some things i know;
1. There using real life engines, such as IAME
2. Many kart manufactures have jumped on board, Arrow, Monaco, TKM and Lotus Kart


It's pretty cool, would be handy to have travelling to race meets.

 Can anyone show me the basic things i need to do or even a someone else doing it? I would just love to change the standard g25 steering wheel to lets say my Arrow kart wheel or my exprit. any help would be greatly apprieciated

On the 4/4/12, Drivers of the Aus/NZ Championship took part in round 4 of this growing championship. Rnd 4 saw the most entries so far, with the appearance of regulars, Tim Harris, Lostcause001, StraightXed and Arrowjmax4, and debuting drivers Sambo72 and Ryan Harris. Drivers arrived at the track around 1:30pm for open practice, with about 4-5 drivers practicing they were getting a sense of there pace and were able to fine tune there karts. At 7:30pm Official practice started, Tim Harris, Showing his unbelieveable pace, winning practice by about half a second, showing that him and his maranello was there to win. In qualifying, we saw Arrow taking his Debut in his new DR kart, Closing the gap on Tim and only losing pole by about 2 tenths, StraightXed followed in 3rd, Sambo 4th, and Lostcause 5th, Ryan harris not qualifying because of connection troubles. Of Pole, Tim pulled in the lead comfortably in the first lap, but low pressures caused him to have less grip on the first couple of laps, Causing him to make a mistake into a corner and giving arrowjmax4 the lead. Arrojmax4 went on to win the Pre-final, with Tim close behind by 2 tenths, which was impressive after making mid-race mistakes and losing a lot of ground. With a win in the Pre-Final, Arrow was confident to repeat it in the final. When the lights went green, arrow took the lead and sat there for a couple of laps, But was Closely followed by Tim, who drove around arrow, with a few contacts caused by Arrow, he let Tim back by, but Tims Supreme pace went on to win the race, With arrow 2nd, StraightXed 3rd, Lostcause 4th and Sambo disconnecting after the pre-final.
Congratulations for tim on another victory, and thanks to all the guys who competed in the race, Stay tuned on the forums for updates on the next race.

Tonight I downloaded beta 5,

First I tried the fs250 at a track I know quite well, essay short, first I thought woah, this things slow, but after some testing and setup changes I figured it is a GREAT KART, it is very well for trying things on setup cause it's slow enough so u can feel and see what different setup stuff does, so u should be able to transfer that knowledge back into the kc1 2 and ks3.

Next, I go online, to see......... 7 people online! That is alot for krp IMO, so I joined one called, towoomba 2, so I thought, well that's in australia, and it had 3-4 people in it! So I joined it, the online, was FANTASTIC! to bad the people who were in it were driving around being stupid etc, I hat about 60-70 ping and there was NO lag,

I find another server, it was being run from france I think, I joined and had about, 300-390 ping? I thought, well this will suck, but to my amaze, and I mean, I was shocked! I was able to follow these guys, and battle with them with little lag but no jumping just little twitches! I was ecstatic, we had fun, great bunch of guys and close times cause we were in the fs250.

Cons- I love my ks1, and I have previously set the 3rd fastest time around essay and essay short in beta 4, but when I tried it this time, I didn't Like the engine "blowing up" when I hit Max revs, it was undriveable, it needs to be fixed.

Other things:
Rubble- AWESOME feature, very cool indeed.
Ducking- this I love, I do this in real life alot, and when I followed people in game and they werent ducking, I could catch them up the straight. one thing, not that I have it but I might get it, the head tracking thing? If I was able to duck my head in real life with it, it would be cool if he did it aswell.
Radiator cover: like the new %5 and able to change it while driving, makes life easier.


PiBoSo, I think for a small team, u have produced my favourite game of all time, karting is my only sport I do, and it is great to do this when im not racing, game of the year 2012 nominee I think it should be.......

Hey guys, a while ago i used to have problems with lag on my pc, espiacally with KRP, i could play iracing with max detail, and rfactor, but not krp even on minimum. A friend of mine suggested "Game Booster" its a free program off the internet free to download that stops unnescesarry processes needed to run the game, i get a boost of 43%!!! So now im playing KRP with max detail on everything and now i can finnaly enjoy this game.......

BTW HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRP!!!!!!!!!
