I have a problem with online races

Everytime when i klick on a race, at first there is a window "connecting"
them suddently is there a window "conntection timeout"

what does ist mean?

How a can drive online?

At first, how can i take a part of an online race?
Everytime i click at the "world butten" there is a message: invalid loggin, please register.
Where can i register me?

At second, how can I integrate any mods in kart racing pro?
