Plugins / UDP Proxy

Starting with Release6, Kart Racing Pro integrates a plugin that allows to receive UDP data from the simulated kart in realtime.

To enable it and set the parameters, edit the file "proxy_udp.ini" in the Kart Racing Pro installation folder:

port = 30000
ip = 127.0.0.1:30001
delay = 1

port: outbound port
ip: inbound address and, optional, port ( if missing, the outbound port is used )
delay: hundredths of second between packets

The packet format:
"data": null-terminated string
"state": integer. 0: software running; 1: on-track, simulation paused; 2: on-track, simulation running
"time": integer, milliseconds.
The rest of the packet follows the "SPluginsKartData_t" structure of the plugins interface: http://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/krp_example.c

After updating to 6th release in Steam I have viruses in file kart.exe.

Virustotal report about this viruses in kart.exe:
Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.1607040
W32.HfsAutoB.3CF1
BehavesLike.Win32.Ramnit.wc

There are no viruses in standard version.

Seems like a false positive.

- the "Track Day" mode has been renamed to "Testing Day": http://forum.kartracing-pro.com/index.php?topic=8
- now the nickname is used for the racing name, instead of the profile name

Thanks for your reply. However I get this message:
Only license keys purchased before the 16th of July, 2017 can be converted to a Steam key.

Why is that?

The possibility to convert the license to a Steam key is meant as a bonus for those who purchased Kart Racing Pro while still in the Beta stage of development, when there was no Steam option.

Is there any prefix or a way to change the rendering/drawing distance of an object? I added some 3D environment with mountains to a track to get a environment closer to the real life track, but the rendering distance of it is really low, it only render a little part of one of the mountain when you are really close to it, nothing more  :-\

Distant objects such as mountains should be exported as an EDF file and then set as background in the track AMB file.

Please note that the wheel and pedals must be both calibrated at the same time.
Every time the "Calibration" button is pressed, the calibration is reset for all controllers.
