Support / unbelieveble graphic lagg

so, i downloaded the game today, an awesome game! wich i think im gonna buy in the future
after some hours, i wanted to play again... and the intro lagged as hell
then the play demo screen didnt lagged, ten the next screen lagged as hell too, the mouse moved in maybe 1 frame per second
it aint my specs, because i played on almost max settings without lagg before this problem.
my specs;
9800 GT nvidea xfx 512 mb
2,80 dual core intel
2 gb ram
350 gb hd
ive tried uninstalling the game, and yes i deleted the others files in my documents too, when i searched for kart racing pro on my computer nothing was found.
plz i hope you can help thx!
