Come on guys........really need help

Guys im having so much trouble with this and now loosing the will completely.

I have all the latest firmware. checked and re-checked.

I plug my datakey into the back and the lights on top flash a few times and the word 'END' appears on the screen. I then plug the datakey into my laptop, open race studio 2 and click 'Download'.......I get the message.........'No data to download'

Can anyone help. When running this class, I'm at top speed and the back wheels lock up and I spin?

I'm new to this forum and only just had the sim for a few days but loving it. I would really like to have my local track on my system which is 'Ellough Park Raceway' but have no idea how to do it. I know that I have to download it onto my computer but I really need a step by step guide in plain english.
