I have the same card, and the same issue, so I've just been running in 16 bit.  Would be curious to try (now that I think of it) what settings are getting put in the ini file when I choose 32 bit, maybe it's doing something to the resolution as well?  Looks good in 16bit so hadn't given it much thought but I'll give it a look now.
