Hey Guys!

As we noticed there seems to be no place where you can immediately have fast downloads for all the tracks and skins... So we set a small site up (more quick&dirty hehe) because we have some resources left.
We try to keep this place up2date, but you can also upload things by yourself! The new uploads just need an aprovement by an administrator (have a short look if it's really something for KRP ;) ).

I think the tracks are most important to be up2date because otherwise there are online-missmatches. But you can also upload karts & drivers.


edit: Updated Post. Downloads are a bit slow right now, i'll change that next week.

But tracks would definitely need a nice and complete database maybe in combination with your online storage.

btw, where is all the helmet skins? have seen like only two helmet skin ;o

I updated the missing tracks and will put them up on our gameserver in the next days. We already think about setting one server up with an "public admin password" so that people can change the tracks... At least we will give it a try in the next days. If it will be pure chaos we will change the password again ;)

About the skins: I already saw the Painting Database and it's really nice done! But i really hate mediafire, megaupload, etc., thats why i uploaded the tracks to another webspace ;-)
I guess i will built a small page around the Downloads in the next days/week so that the Karts/Tracks can be also uploaded there with a screenshot and a small description/author  or something like that... We will see ;)

Btw dibu: By now we discuss krp not official in any of the bierbuden-forums.. All 4 forums are already game-specific hehe... It's by now more mouth-to-mouth advertising in the teamspeak ;)

piboso can you make this sticky? I think so a database where is all together is very good and schould be found. Thanks

I will build a small page around the downloads in the next days, but this takes some time. For now it's just a more or less complete place to download tracks without having to wait for mediafire, rapidshare, megaupload, etc.

Downloads are available for public, just to submit new downloads you have to register!
Submited downloads have to be confirmed by an Administrator.
Now i have to make a lot of screenshots and some better descriptions for the tracks... But this will not be a problem. Just uploading all the stuff took some time because the tracks are pretty large. The screenshots will follow in the next days, i just want to figure a way out where the first screenshot has the same style for every track.

If someone wants to upload new tracks: Please upload the .pkz files. This makes it more easy for users to sort the installation-things out.
For karts you can have a look at the Kart i uploaded already, i guess this will also be the easiest way for all the users to download/upload karts.

Delete buckmore please

As we are not so much available in the last weeks... The Admin-Password for "bierbuden.de" is "krp" without quotes.
Please use it FAIR for other people on the server! If the dedi crashes (happens sometimes, especially with some addon-tracks) just drop me a mail and i will restart it asap.
If it there will be to much trouble with the public password we change it and just give it to some better known people ;)

Yesterday i found a problem with the CMS... The files were renamed a bit and spaces were translated to "_"...
I changed the code a bit and now everything should work. I updated all the files, so there shouldn't  be any further problems.
Btw, now every track has a screenshot ;)

By now it's not so fast, but next week things will get better. I've just no time to fix it whis week ;-)
The old site is only for the next two days or so available, after that the "moved" one is the only one.

Hi,

I'm the creator of the Buckmore Park track for rFactor. I don't know if you are associated with the website you linked to but if you are would you please tell them to remove Buckmore from that database? I am currently trying to work on bringing a driveable version of the track into KRP myself, as I do not feel that the version which already exists is properly representative of my hard work. Also, it is quite rude to upload a track without at least naming the author.

I will be releasing a better version of the track myself in the near future.

Hi, if you don't mind, can you reload Magescq track? The track has been updated for the new dynamic track surface and fixed some bugs it had.

Now the track has a layout (Magescq Historic) and I think the chosen preview image is not good, the shown track is decorative, not driveable  :P (it is driveable but not funny at all)

To the bierbuden guys, on bierbuden1 there is an old version of büren, so I can't join the server and swap tracks and for bierbuden2 I don't know the password.

The track should be updated now!
Sorry for the delay, but we have a lot of work to do on the bierbuden at the moment. But also KRP is on our ToDo-List... That means -> It will also recieve some download-space etc. again on some of our "big" servers. By now the site is running in my livingroom, that's not really a perfect solution ;)

After a long time i finally switched the download-backend.
The files are now hosted on our fileserver. Just the website is still in my livingroom ;)
So the downloads should work with much more speed now.
If you have any suggestion for new tracks just write them down here in this thread.
By now i don't have the time to search all over the forums to get a complete list.
Schwoni is also able to put the tracks on the server. And it's a quick thing to change the download-location to the bier-buden fileserver.

Yep, most of tracks are awesome !

But few of them not working. Forexample Towoomba Kart Club Beta1 and  1 or 2 others.

After track load, when i click to "GO TO TRACK" game freezes and crash on the backround.

Anyway, thx for great work.

Is there problem that track file is copied directly in to KRP/tracks folder? Other tracks working also this way.

read discribtion, some tracks are .rar or.zip files that u have to unpack to tracks folder. For me it is not possible to do .pkz files since win7 so i have no other chance as to do it like this way.

Of course, everything unpacked :)

Only was worry about alone .pkz file in /tracks folder, but thats seems to be Ok. Dunno, maybe graphic card in NTB dont like something of those 2 tracks, really dont know. Soon I'll have to chance try it on new HW so lets see.

Toowoomba crashes for me too since Beta 6. I converted the Track and have to check on that and see what I can do. I am just a bit busy atm, so please be patient.
BTW this is the first time any of the tracks dont work for me o.O

Have had the same with my track in beta5 it worked for all but not for me and i couldn`t fix it, tried 1000 things but nothing helped. Now since beta6 it work again^^

Love the database.  Makes finding tracks easy.  Just wish there was a rating system in place... would be nice to know quality of the build... been finding lots of bumpy tracks.

Can someone guide me through the download? i use vista, download to zip, and after that? have a folder marked tracks.pkz, but cant import any data there. so please help me out.

got it  :)  finally i did it.

I want let you aware that some tracks doesn't work in beta 7, i have noticed these : Nordschleife , Toowoomba Kart Club , and other two that i have accidentally forgotten ! Furthermore i'm wondering when Val Vibrata and Ortona tracks will be released because these two are in developing since 2011...so i don't know what end they did...

I just tried  Toowoomba Kart Club and also drove a online lap at Nordschleife and both tracks are working here with Beta7.

Its a NICEEE track!! very challenging

Very weird...when try to start these two the game remains freezed...but only with these cause the other tracks work good...

that's certainly because of the amount of processor and memory the track needs to load correctly!! :D

So you meaning that not work due to the high amout of memory that the track need to load correctly...it's a joke ?? I have I7 with 8Mb of cache and 16 GB Ram so it's definely not hardware issue. I think is something else...even because i have read that other players can join this tracks...but i want proofs...i want a youtube short movie which show kart racing pro in nordschleife otherwise i can't believe that work !

i love the nurburgring, i put the highest gear anyone could get and i got up too 176 Km/h !  if you don't beleive me i have a screenshot of it  ;)

Hmmm, it seems like gmx hasn't accepted e-mails from this site the last few months...

Have changed the mailadress here now, maybe it works this time.

I uploaded the last tracks to the "big" fileserver.
As we are still in the progress of recoding some "big stuff" the database will stay where it is for now (in my livingroom)...
If our other coding-stuff is finished we will also host the krp-db on our normal server :)
By now i just move the big files to the fileserver, so anyone should have an acceptable download-speed.
Sorry that it has taken so long for now, but as i wrote no emails have arrived here for posts in this topic neither for pm's.
Maybe there is something wrong with the mailserver PiBoSo?

hello would like to know how to put the track in the game database, already looked in the forum and found that there is no folder in my lane. For example I tried to put the bamboo thicket runway but do not have the folder track and there as I do

you must create a track folder and put the new track in.

the dowload database has lost all its files, when ever i click download it doesn't load the next page

I'm not getting that problem, I just tested it and it worked fine. What exactly are you trying to download?

I'm just trying to download a few tracks.

I'm using safari I will try using Firefox see if it makes a difference.

I just started again driving KRP....BUT.....I can't find some Tracks, because they are not in the Database.  :'(

Where can I find Tracks like Suzuka for example? Can't find it on the Forum and on the Database.

Is there any trick to find them?  ;)

The tracks pretty much have all their on topic.. Its a bit hard to find them as you have to search through the pages

But Suzuka I even can't find trough the search. Only a Version to convert.
And in the stats it exists. ???
