Open the paint templates.
Make your paints.
Save them as a TGA into a FOLDER.
Open PaintEd
Click Dir Read
Select the folder where your completed paints have been saved to.
name the paint
click on pack.
Drag and drop the paint into the correct bodywork paint folder.

bodywork paint is in a principal foder or in documents?
Guys thanks to everyone for the car, I understand how to do it. The problem was that I used old skin already made that with the new release were not good. So everything resolved.
