Hi PiBoSo.
Currently in a session With KieranLong66 and some more people, having fun, but each time someone joins there's a 2 sec lagg spike which causes everyone to crash/spin
Can this please be fixed? it's super annoying..

The connection lag will be fixed, or at least greatly improved, in the next release.

The connection lag will be fixed, or at least greatly improved, in the next release.

To minimize join lag, please make sure that the server administrator restricts the allowed kart categories as much as possible.

Thanks for the hint. It's not perfect but much better. With open category your lap is 100% ruined (about 1-2 seconds lag if a driver joins). By limiting to one kart category it's still disturbing but you have good chances to finish your lap.
