I run my computer on a Samsung 52" tv and when I try to run the game in full screen mode at any resolution, in 32 bit display, the screen appears twice the size of my tv and off to the right. But if switch to 16 bit display at 1080p if works perfectly in full screen mode. I run a ATI HD6870 so I know its not the graphic card or its drivers. Anyway great game keep up the work, sure to let all my friends know about this one.
I have the same card, and the same issue, so I've just been running in 16 bit. Would be curious to try (now that I think of it) what settings are getting put in the ini file when I choose 32 bit, maybe it's doing something to the resolution as well? Looks good in 16bit so hadn't given it much thought but I'll give it a look now.
