I just downloaded the demo after a day go karting yesterday. I was checking to make sure it ran on the laptop before buying, but I've run into a problem!
The game recognises the steering wheel. It lets me calibrate it. It lets me assign all the controls in the settings. As soon as I go to the track, I have no steering, I have no brakes, and I have no acceleration. I can, however, use the buttons on the steering wheel.
Maybe an axis problem?
Any help?

Whoops! Somehow the input got changed. It works now.
Two other problems though; on the steering wheel setup thread someone mentioned steering ratio in kart settings. I can't find that?
And when I'm driving, I can't get the pause menu to show at all? I have to end the process with task manager.
The steering ratio can be set in the Garage page -> Others -> Steer
The pause menu should appear pressing the ESC key.
