It is possible to use the mouse wheel to scroll.
A scroll bar will be added to release 10.

Thank you for the report. At the moment there is an hardcoded limit of 10 categories.
I realized that too, as I have many dashes and only 10 appear.
I'm glad that will be fixed for the 1.0 ;)

The maximum number of dashes has already been increased to 20.
