Leonardo, the setup that is loaded when you just enter a track is already the base setup for all the tracks you wish in KRP.

You can just change the tyres to soft and ajust brakes pressure(if you play without assist)... it will let you go at least 0.5 sec. faster =D and will be better to control the car with softs

All i will say is jnl.42 knows how to set a krp go kart up

And carb 0 is also better, with this change you should be able do to times of +0.6-0.7 sec slower than the fastest times
