I checked again now, no, online best laps here are not recorded.
maybe because I have in the core .ini compatibility=0? I have all datas in C:\Program Files (x86)\giochi\Kart Racing Pro

Best laps are recorded during testing sessions only.
Online sessions are recorded on stats (http://stats.kartracing-pro.com/records.php).
