Title: E town
Post by: EVO on February 19, 2012, 07:37:11 AM
(http://i43.tinypic.com/14sjdz8.jpg)

I wil be creating my local track which is in flat parking lot (easy for beginer like myself)

I will make it photo realistic and my friend who is an expert driver at the track will test for accuracy.

To: jd88x89 what a small world lol.  we should promote the game at the track for winter practice.  I dont know if you've seen my simulator setup
http://forum.kartracing-pro.com/index.php?topic=1385.msg9836#msg9836
you are welcome to also test. If you leave nearby it would be great if you could snap some photos for me if not i can eventually
if you want to leave any thoughts/notes about the track now that would be great.

This would be awesome

Turn 2 is tough.  turn 4 is my favorite, i think it might be slightly uphill on the exit and off camber in the turn

It has alot of hairpins which could be interesting, the last section of the track is very much like Lonato, just a little different :D

yes reverse direction and bumpy concrete patches put easy to run wide safe.  unless you hit a cone.
The foam block they put out can easily bend a tie rod.  I know ive done it.  not as light as they look lol

Sure, I'll help test it out. Just email me the track when u want me to test it. heres my email, jduncovich@yahoo.com . Well, the next time I go to Englishtown, I'll take photos but I'm not sure the next time I'll be there. Its a bit of a trip for me since I live on Long Island. But I'll be more than willing to help. Oh, and by the way, do you know when winter practice is?? I looked on the Raceway Park site and saw nothing.

I have no idea when it starts up, i go with my friend who does F125.  I think im going to make a very basic layout send it to you then add details while you test just the track.  That way there is no lag time

One of the funnest tracks in the northeast, been a while since I've made the trek down to etown but I remember the track fairly well. It also a shame we don't have night racing in krp yet

Works pretty much the same like for karts taha, I've got the radiator which was originally meant to be placed inside the case modded onto the back outside. It's a pretty cheap water cooling from thermaltake and doesn't cool anywhere near as good as an expensive water cooling, pretty equal to standard or upper class air cooling, but looks rad though  ;)

30kg? That's very much. :o Are you allowed to put so much on your kart?
Title: Re: E town
Post by: EVO on May 16, 2012, 11:11:42 PM
I need to be legal.  i weight 295lbs in the kart.  and the weight requiremnt is 360lbs.
I may just race with no weights and get Disqualified lol.  I just need one of those stupid can mufflers.  I have a pipe on right now. it adds about 4hp
Title: Re: E town
Post by: The Iceman Marco on May 17, 2012, 12:00:37 PM
Ok, here in the Netherlands you aren't allowed to put more than 20kg extra weight on your kart. If you need more you have to drive another class where you need less weight than 20kg.
