How can i make a kart racing pro track without using max 3ds autodesk

Hi, as it's impossible to build a track without a 3d editor, beside 3ds Max, you can also use Blender or Bob's Track Builder. For tutorials, please search this forum, there're quite a number of discussions on the topic.
