Title: No software code to activate software

I purchased the software license online on this website but received no code to activate the software. It's been ten days and I have not received a reply to my emails.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks

Could you explain what new PM means? How do I get the license key to login? All I have after paying is the PayPal receipt 😫
