After launching KRP or KRP-VR the program begins to load and the monitor goes to black. We have a robust system config: Windows 8, Intel i3-8100, 8 GM Ram, Intel UHD 630 Graphics Card. Any ideas on what is going wrong?
Make sure it's a totally clean install and your anti virus isn't blocking it. Also make sure your drivers are up to date. And just for the future your system while adequete for what you do is not robust, maybe add a dedicated gpu but intel graphics are pretty alright in all honesty
