Been testing out Beta 14c alot lately and something that is causing major issues with pack racing is the slip stream and mid corner aero effect. The effect is simply too large/great. It is near impossible to follow someone nose to rear bar.
The kart gets so unsettled so quickly, mid corner the kart will step out. Then if im 3 kart lengths behind at the start of a straight, I can just catch the kart in front and be in a passing position by the end of a short straight. At best, I should of gained on the next kart but never should I be in a passing position.
I remember the slipstreams were not an issue back in betas 5/6 or so.
In our opinion, would like to see the Slip stream effect halved in value. I think this would be a massive step forward in the right direction.
