H means the usage of aids.
+ = no aids were allowed
C = only cockpit view was forced, all other aids were allowed
= all aids were allowed
Aids show up in -> Settings -> Simulation (right side)
If you want to run a server in game for "+", you have to chose "No Aids" in second screen of "Host World".
