Actually I think that there are important things to do like physics and a good multiplayer.

I think you will find like...only your team ( Tupa ) actually use the mini60, and are the only people who actually want other brands of mini karts in the game. Don't get me wrong, it would be nice to have options when it comes to driving them ( which I never do ) but over all its not as important as physics and netcode.... Look how many people want the netcode to be worked on, and for how long they have wanted it, I don't think new cadet karts requested by like 3 people will be done before that....
