Hello everyone
I have been struggeling with this a lott now and I decided i'd ask you guys to see what I did wrong ;D.
soo here it comes, I wanted to add my helmet to KRP and I started modeling it in Adobe Illustrator because of the vectors it could be preciser and I like using that program.
But when I export it to a .tga (targa) with my 2 visors visor.tga and visor#2.tga pack it together to the helmet.pnt.
and copy it to the correct game folder(Kart Racing Pro\driver\helmets\sk6\paints) and load it up in the game it shows up in black and without a visor. :-\ :-\
sooo I was hoping that any of you knew what I did wrong I have include the files, and pictures of the game in this post.
Thanks

do you save the file straight from illustrator to .tga? i have only ever done it from photoshop and never had a problem,

Hi mate,
What you need to do is use painted to pack the helmet, visor and visor#2 into a single .pnt file that you can then place in your helmets folder under sk6_s (or sk6/sk6_mini aswell).
Painted can be downloaded from here:
http://www.kartracing-pro.com/?page=downloads (http://www.kartracing-pro.com)
I have packed your helmet for you as an example, just download it below and chuck it in the appropriate helmet folder ;)

still shows up black man
