Two of my friends are both having the same problem...... When they download krp it comes up on there desktop and when they open it its just a white screen and a error message pops up......coincedence or problem

If they get a white screen then it seems that they were able to correctly install KRP.
They should try updating the graphics drivers to the latest official version.

Yes
Do they both have dedicated graphic cards?
KRP doesn't run unless you have it.
Could that be the problem??????
