Is there anything or anyone who can create some tracks that are outside of Europe an are in totally different countries and if possible, to have the supernats track made too

Another track would be The Track at Centennial (http://www.thetrack.us). They hosted the Rotax Pan American Championships last year.

The aerial photos do not show it but each of these tracks do have some elevation changes to them.
Another track would be the Mooresville Motorplex (http://mooresvillemotorplex.com/about/default.cfm?cid=55168) in North Carolina.
