Are there plans to add in racing events to KRP? It would be nice to have events with different karts at different tracks to race when others are not online. Let the events run a week or a month then take everyone's results to see the finishing order at the end. We could even have a championship that runs the majority of the year.
I am new to KRP coming from other simulators like Simraceway and Virtual RC PRO. Each of these simulators have a strong community of racing more then just multiplayer online. This is the one thing I see KRP lacking right now. So far the rest of the simulator is great.

We could do best lap or events that say run roughly 5-10 minutes. These events you would be solo on the track but your results will be uploaded and compiled with the others that did the event. This way you can race people without being online at the same time. Let the event run for a week. Everyone at anytime that week can run the event(you can put a limit on the amount of tries you get to get your best time), then at the end of the week the results are based on everyone that ran the event using their fastest time. This way there will always be races you can do even if no one else is online.

Has there been anymore thought to this? Honestly I barely use this sim anymore because unless someone is online(which can be rare) it is very boring. It is a great sim but so few people use it there is not much point to playing it.
This would be a great feature. I almost never find anyone online... and I don't have the ability to commit to specific times for an organized league.
A weekly Hot Lap Challenge (like Forza 4's Rivals Mode) with full leaderboard (and you could race the ghost of choice). That would be awesome.
well their is a hotlap event that is already set up for f100 i dont know if you noticed on the servers list that there was some hotlap events and the times were available here http://hotlap.no-ip.info/ (http://hotlap.no-ip.info/) i think at the moment the f100 server has been taken down thats why there is no slot for it on the website, but when i was doing this event it looked like this:

Another related item... it'd be cool if "testing" times were available on the stats site. And it says we're always "connecting" when loading the track, even when in testing. If the user is actually online and registered with the stats site, it'd be cool if there was an option/ability to have your testing times published to the stats site (optional, for those who may want to keep testing results secret?).
