Doesnt matter.In competition you have rules.The Weight Rule is important or it will be not fair.
at least he could make it up to just the minimum limit and someone could be over the limit but they cant just take weight off can they!

Exactly, if you have hardly any weight you can just add some weight with Weights to get to the Mininum weight! a couple of my freinds has to do that and one of them is one of the fastest at the track! ;D im 5-6 Kilo's over my mininum class weight
