Esa tarjeta gráfica es muy mala, probablemente sea ese el problema. Lo primero que debes hacer es descargar la última versión de los drivers de la placa base y su tarjeta gráfica. Una vez hecho esto, si no te va, deberías pensar en comprar una mejor, que hoy día son muy baratas ;)
También la mayoría de la gente tiene Windows 7

Operating systems aside, most people can run on reasonable graphics settings, your computer seems to have pretty good specs, fiddle with resoloution of your screen not textures, and of course put the draw distance down.
