i think it would be a good idea or suggestion to have like a team of 2 drivers each and say there are 4 laps in the race. one driver does 2 laps and then the other does 2 laps. when the change over happens i think the driver should come into the pits and tap there team mates bumper to signal they have done their stint. this would be like an endurance race really and it could be up to an hour each at a time.

Yeah driver change like in LFS. And then make possible to set racing time instead of laps, would be fun in future.
