From readme.txt:
F11      - Take a screenshot that will be saved as TGA into "scrshots" directory

The directory is created into "My Documents"/PiBoSo/Kart Racing Pro/ folder.

You can also use irfanview. It will start much faster than gimp.
While we are talking about readme file
"F9      - Skip to next song" - could you please explain piboso?
