You might have entered your license key wrong.
I'm not at home to check it out, but I know in one of the folders, there is a license file. Try deleting that file and then reload the simulator. It will probably ask you to enter the key again.
Piboso can confirm if this is the correct approach to take.
You can also read that file with Notepad or any text editor. Look at the key that is in the file and see if it matches the one that was emailed to you.
