Hello everyone, does anyone know y the helmet design was changed? It was great before and know its not so great.
The 3d model has changed.
I like it anyways.

Where are the problems?
The new helemt is very nice. It would also be nice if the previous helmet were available.
yes so you guys dont have to update the templetes, i liked the wing better too
i liked the way the helmet was shaped with the wing and the back of th e beta 5 lloks kinda messed up, im just sayin i liked the old one alot better

Where are the problems?
I just can speak for myself but differences are obvious to me, the visor of the new helmet has a different shape (the typical arai edges are gone, it looks rounder; ok the old one didn't have a perfect visor aswell, but what is perfect - the old visor did look closer to the real one definitely), the lower air intakes and the area around them look different compared to the gp5, the bulge which should make it easier for you to open the visor is gone and the spoiler aswell and the old helmet paints need to be adjusted.
On the other side the new one has very nice upper air intakes and then ... yeah then... In my eyes the new one is a step backwards instead of further, I don't see the reason why the old one was replaced. If the new one would have been even closer to the real arai or even a Bell helmet as an addition I would have understood the effort.
Anyway, I hope you see this as constructive criticism.

It's not the gp5. It's the gp6!
the new helmet is nice, but having to adjust old paints is not.
its not a gp6 its an sk6 :P I wish that we have an option to choose wich helmet but its cool how PiBoSo added the new helmet.
GP5, GP6, SK5, SK6 and and and ... are basically the same! They just differ in a few minor things, they are all based on arai's basic shape which makes their helmets look so great, so no matter what version is chosen it should look like an arai.
Visor shape and mouth air intakes are probably the main things which make the actual helmet look different.
