when i understand right u wanna change ur rar file to pkz?
then unpack that rar file then u have that folder.
zip that folder and change that .zip to . pkz
i always change that in winrar filename not after packing

If you extract LaConca you get probably folders like this: ..\Downloads\LaConca\LaConca\...
Copy only the second LaConca folder, which includes the files to "..\Kart Racing Pro\tracks\"
