Title: You can change the game's official chassis?

Guys, I ask a question, you can modify the "official" game chassis, this would in my case the 2010 Tony kart. If possible someone could tell me how to open the file? :)

.edf files can only be exported they cant be imported. If youu wanted to make one it would be very difficuly much more complicated than makeing a track i would imagine.
