the sequential shifter isnt working either :( ive tried downloading the drivers from logitech but it still isnt working, anny suggestions? any one had this problem and fixed it?
May be you drive kart without gearshift :)
yeah i dont mind the gear shift that much, but i really wanna be able to feel the ffb
Okey, I use this settings: ingame 150 fbb strength. In driver (I use same setting global and specific): check use special fbb device setting -> overal effect strength 150 -> spring effect strength 0 -> Damper effect strength 150 -> dont check to enable centering spring and 0 to centering spring strength -> steering angle 180 -> off report combined pedal -> and check last two line. I think it is best for fbb feeling. Revealed own secret :) Have fun!
Thx, where do you find the menu to change those settings? i just go thte game so i dont know too much, also i cant toggle the forcefeedback option because it seems like the game doesnt recognize that my steering wheel has force feedback
Download drivers, create game profile and change global and specific settings to as I wrote. In game a steering wheel and pedals linearity should be 100, and the dead zone 0 ... 180 steering angle

It really looks like a driver problem.
I had the same issue with my Logitech driving force (http://i.i.com.com/cnwk.1d/sc/6916361-2-440-overview-1.gif)
As soon as I downloaded new drivers (I have the Logitech Driving Force Gaming Software version 5.10.127) it worked instantly...
Are you using that too?
i have that wheel and it works fine, it is a common driver problem with these, download latest drivers, remember to plug in the ffb lead to a plug socket, drivers look like the problem here its a good wheel once its working ;)
yeah i downloaded all the latest drivers from the logitech website but its still not working... :(

i dont think so everythings plugged in, correctly, and i can use the wheel and the paddle shifters in the game but i cant turn on force feedback

idk how to specify install directory, or change any of the options you recommended earlier, ??? i tried creating a new profile but the only options that came up were the language, nick name and race number

yeah ive downloaded that 3 times, and when i go to check the option for ffb, it wont let me check it, nothing happens when i click the box
click device -> game controller and change to wheel, creat new profile for krp and change global device setting and specific game setting. I implore you to do it :'(

Open Logitech Gaming software double-clicking the left mouse button on the icon. If you can cope with this difficult task, then click on the word "device" and further "game controllers". If you have any other devices in the list, choose your wonderful Driving Force GT. Then thank God for giving you the strength to do it. Next create a profile KRP (Kart Racing Pro - it is this is what you're going to play). Profile - New - Specifies the name and path of the exe file. Then adjust the global and specific settings. Global are located at: Options - Global Device Settings, Specific are located at: Edit - Specific game settings. I was careless enough to write down the settings in my first post. The second time I will not. Congratulations you get lost in broad daylight! Well just have to make the appropriate manipulation of the game. I already wrote about it. the installer isnt working for some reason, the program isnt showing up as being installed on my pc after i install it. thats probobly why the ffb inst working

When installed correctly you'll gain access to the logitech gaming software where you can set all the parameters.
Why isn't the installer working? It doesn't even start or do you get some kind of error?
no, idk whats happening im about to cal logitech suppoort, i download and install it, but then it never shows up as a program on my computer, i cant find it using search, and its not in add or remove programs either. i dont think its installing correctly for some reason

I contacted logitech support but.gt hey were unable to fix the problem either :'( i know My windiws installer service isnt working so maybe thats causinv the problem unfortunutleyi.have to re install My ooerating systrm to fix that, but i cant even back up My computer because i need the windows installer service to install the software My back up drive uses >:( does any body know if when i reinstall krp after reinsgalling My operating system if ill have to buya key again to unlock the game?
You only have to buy the key once.
You can reinstall the operative system as many times as you want, as long as you have your key, you only have to insert it when the game asks for it.
i just finished reinstalling my operating system and the game and now the force feedback works great! and so does the shifter
