Hello,I was asking to myself,¿if i buy the serial,must i download something else,i want to say,if i put the serial,i need to download extra content?,¿if i buy the serial,i will be able,to install the game the times that i want?

If you buy the serial you'll be able to install the game the times you want. You can even install it on multiple computers, although you can only play online one at the time.
You don't need to download nothing more than the installed contents, but you have many various extra features that I'm sure you'll love and for that yes, you'll need to download. (I'm thinking about new tracks, new karts, new helmets and new paints skins for karts, helmets and drivers suits)
