Unfortunately, the line cannot be created manually and I don't think you can rollback in Steam. I guess, it's only possible to return to previous versions if you have a standalone (non-Steam) KRP edition.

Hi, yeah, looks like the bestline generation is not working. The replay format must have been changed in the recent game builds and it's no longer compatible with TrackEd. Hopefully, PiBoSo will address the issue in the next revision of the editor.

A missing Speedtrap doesn't freeze the game, it only affects the laptimer. Maybe the RDF didn't save correctly the first time. Anyway, if it works, it's all good then :)

Not sure about the texture (I don't use 3ds max), but geometry-wise the grass (terrain) is not supposed to be done like this (it will overlap with other surfaces creating a mess). Please refer to '3ds Max Track Tutorial #6: Creating terrain' at http://forum.kartracing-pro.com/index.php?topic=5800.0 This will give you an idea how to do it properly.

Yeah, looks like you need to check textures, geometry and object names in the model. Refer to https://docs.piboso.com/wiki/index.php?title=Track_Creation_Guide for details.

As for the textures, they should have power of 2 dimensions (e.g. 1024 x 1024, 2048 x 512, etc).

And, before trying to load the track in the game, I'd recommend using Mapview from 'Track Tools' at https://kartracing-pro.com/?page=downloads to preview your MAP file.

In your particular case, for the track to be visible in the list, you only need the following files:

  • eck.ini
  • eck.map
  • eck.trp
  • eck.amb
  • eck.rdf

The above files should be placed in a folder called eck and this folder should be copied to ..\Documents\PiBoSo\Kart Racing Pro\mods\tracks

Is the track folder name correct? What do you have in eck.ini file?

Well, it looks like all required files are there and the filenames are OK. If the folder name reads eck and is located at Documents > PiBoso > Kart Racing Pro > mods > tracks, then the folder structure is OK too.

Can you give more details on what's happening when you go to the list of tracks in the game? Is the track not on the list or does the game freeze on loading the track?

Hi again EdoLeo, you need to specify 'Speedtrap Line' in Tracked > RaceData, then the laptime will start working.

Also, can you please check the link to your track? Looks like the folder which is available at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RCFtVzw13dg54oFT8S8cgz41hSLKGAiu?usp=share_link is missing half of the files.

Hi, it's known that these tracks (Franciacorta and Viverone) were in development at some point; however, the current progress is unknown. I would assume that they still don't exist.
