Must i add all this stuff that Piboso write in the kart.ini topic?? Because when i open the file i dont see any of this options like texture quality and so on :-\

Yes, you have to create [core] section and copy and paste the lines under that.
So you get it like this:
[core]
mouse_sensitivity = 50
mouse_deadzone = 0.01
mouse_linearity = 1 ; 0 = fully linear. Increase the value to have more precision in the central part
mouse_smooth = 2 ; 0 = no smooth
replay = 10000000
kart_shadow = 512
kart_reflections = 128
texture_quality = 4
