Are you using the latest Beta15b?
In Kart Racing Pro -> Settings -> Input, you should be able to select "G27" in the "Controller Profile" pull-down.

when i am driving with that setup the kart the wheel doesn,t go well and i need a setup fow the wheel

No the wheel doesn't go well :-\
Have you installed the drivers that come with the wheel? There should be a CD or you might have to download them from the Logitech website
i think i have it
because in other games the wheel go very well
You might want to try installing anyway. If you have them installed it will tell you.
What operating system are you using also? Windows 7,8 or 10?
Is the wheel working at all in game? If you turn the wheel does the kart turn?
i have windows 7 and yes if i turn the wheel the kart turn
So what is the issue?
Does it not turn enough? A go kart doesn't have much steering lock.
You can adjust the amount the wheel needs to be turned in the settings under "Wheel Rotation"
Select wizard and follow the instructions.
