if you asked for like Hamilton and Te Puke or something, it would of been reasonable but like....17.....
Main tracks that should be made if all 17 aren't made would be Auckland, Hamilton, Te Puke, Rotorua, Tokoroa, Hawkes Bay and Wellington since they are the venues for national series's and a few of the best tracks

you want all the NZ tracks before...say all the american tracks? What makes the NZ tracks so much better then all the other tracks in the world?
I wasn't saying that the tracks in NZ are better than all the others in the world. It's the fact that I live in NZ and with only 17 tracks compared to idk the 100's in Europe and America. It would be a lot easier of a task than trying to do all of the American and European tracks. I'm not saying they have to be made ASAP or anything but more that it would be nice to see them in the game rather than be left out all together

...are you actually asking for all the NZ tracks? or am I reading this completely wrong?
What's wrong with getting the 17 tracks around NZ made?!?!? Yes I will admit it is a bit of a mission but it is possible and would be good to see them in the game and be able to be driven on

Track Editing / New Zealand kart tracks
June 16, 2014, 04:53:49 AM
To all the modders and karters in NZ. As I'm sure we are all aware. We all want to practice and test as much as possible but we either can't afford to or don't have time to and since we don't want to waste gear. Sim's are the perfect place of course but we have 1 problem. There is currently no New Zealand kart tracks available to use in KRP. So my request is that (if anyone is keen) to basically recreate every kart track that is an official KSNZ track. Currently there is 18 clubs and 17 of those are tracks that are current. (the 18th is the new Motorsport complex out by Auckland international airport which is currently under construction) The amount of times I and plenty of others have wanted to test but can't is crazy so let's make this happen.

Off-Topic / Your racing season

Pretty much the title says it all. So pretty much in other words post how many meetings you do in a single year, how many sets of tyres you use, how much you spend throughout the year on equipment, maintenance, entry to meetings, etc. I did 20 meetings myself this year, used 5 sets of tyres both slicks and wets all soft and medium compound, possibly $5000 in total spent on racing, not a large sum for 20 meetings but saving money is key

General Discussion / Re: What the heck are we doing?

There are so many things this game needs and so many things each and everyone of us want in it, the ability to do things like standing starts, arm over radiator, have ceramic or steel brake discs and feel the difference, have classes like Rotax, DD2, X30, Kt100, etc, tracks from outside of Europe, proper arm movements (moving your arm to adjust brake bias, arm over radiator, squeezing the fuel line) the list is endless on what we want for the game and what I have mentioned are just examples eveeryone could go on about what is needed and wanted for days on end

Currently there is no setting to change the brake disc so it would be good to have the ability to change the brake discs in the game between ceramic and steel brake discs. If there was a noticeable difference in braking power and effort needed to brake then it would be an awesome feat for the game.

Suggestions and wishlist / Rotax fuel line sqeeze
August 19, 2013, 10:03:31 AM
We need to have the ability to squeeze the fuel line in a Rotax to give an added boost off the start like it does IRL. everyone does it IRL no matter where they are and I'm sure it's a feat worth putting in this game and i'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to simulate and create for the next beta version ;D

+1, this would help alot for everyone and everyone would use it as well

General Discussion / Re: simracing nooob

I have a laptop(I hook it up to my HD TV or monitor when i want to play) and the specs I have are
Processor: Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz
RAM: 4GB
Operating system: Windows 7
Graphics: 2GB dedicated Radeon graphics card
Hard Drive: 750GB
Manufacturer: Samsung
obviously my laptop isn't the best nor the worst but with these the games runs nice and smooth with no lag or frame rate and can run quite a few sims from what I have already tried and have no problems with them in any way

i think i'm going to try to fix my current PC and spend the cash on a better graphics card and better HDD

what about steering wheel etc is the G27 a good choice?
wheel all depends on how much you want to spend but anything that works on PC is good, if you have the money a a Fanatec wheel is the best you can get, a G27 and G25 are good and and those are the best but there are lower range wheels but i won't go on for a list as there are so many it isn't funny
