Here's the new version of Rotax Max airbox..
of course it needs to be with Rotax Max engine which I'm starting to do: position of airbox will match the new engine
ciao
Mauro
thank you looks excellent! when you make the engine are you going to do the minimax , junior max and the senior?
when you need some help i gonna do as much as i can!
Tks.
I'll start with Max, then without exhaust valve (junior) then step by step mini and micro.. but frankly I consider much more interesting to work on DD2 after Max.
Also sound and phy of Rotax will be included.
(thank you LauZzZn: I will count on you)

well if you need any j max photos just give me a shout
ThankYou.
We're a team driving also Rotax Max in championship so for photos no need.
DD2 is more complicated because I don't have in garage.
But what really I'd need (and don't find) isn't photo but blueprints:
the only sketches are the exploded diagrams in manuals,
useless because never in orthogonal position..
any idea?
Anyhow I must ask PiBoSo to publish a chassis without front brakes,
because a Rotax Max with front brakes is ridicolous
and I wouldn't like to work a lot for a "no meaning job"
***
LauZzZn, but were you doing a new helmet? where is it?
I need an helmet plain (without spoilers): like Stilo for example
(see attached here)

its has the jmax, minimax and senior
tks, I'll see tonight
Very nice thx, I can see Mauro is a perfectionist, that's good :)
yes he is going to make alot of people happy by doing this :)
thankYou!
yes, I work with simulators since 2004 and I am a perfectionist.
Hei James, what a wonderful fiches document have you in UK! very detailed..
(our last document is very poor of images, as you probably know new direction of Rotax for Italy is a Swisse co
that opened near CRG in Lonato..
CRG is following now only partially.. takes time to build a new organization, in particular for a foreigner operator)
it's very useful and I will draw the blueprints on these orthogonal photos

ok cool sounds great, look forward to seeing the final product as it seems it will be very detailed!
will you be doing the new style clutch or the old one?
2013
green ignition coil, new exhaust, airbox (already done), new shape radiator with window, new clutch drum etc etc
Front brakes on max?
hei Doctor,
READ my post in other "engine modding" which I've written to PiBoSo, before writing sentences.
I'm doing 3d + tex, Max sound phy and full set,
but will not release it until PiBoSo will not release
- editing chassis
- or simply a chassis without front brakes
The KF-A chassis (what the KF3 and F100 karts use) doesn't have front brakes. All you need to do is add another kart using the KF-A chassis with the appropriate ballast and your engine, and I suppose you would limit it to the hard compound tyre.
okay tks
now I'm working at DellOrto VHSB34-QD
In Sweden Rotax Max has front brakes

VHSB34 under construction :-)
now just draft
purpose is to do an highly detailed engine
the left part of the carb is covered by the engine intake manifold so you can delete that and save some polys there
yes of course Evo, this is just a draft which I use for proportions, also smooth here is totally wrong.. step by step
I found a couple of details to improve in the airbox:
corrected the tilt angle of bottom-front structure and intake pipes and bottom area.
It wasn't necessary because you see upper part, but now it's "perfect", not earlier.
so pls. cancel previous and use the final version released today: here are the pictures of changes
looks perfect!! :) :) thank you very much!
Yes. Best box yet. Cant wait for full package
where do i put it in KRP directory
make a intake folder in your krp folder and put it in there

has anymore work been done on the carb?
yes, of course.
taking little bit longer time because work only in the evening and in this moment I'm busy for job.
at the end they'll be 5 blocks:
exhaust, engine, radiator, carb and airbox..
if PiBoSo gives me the way to work on chassis I'd like also to remake tank (semi-transparent with fuel liquid moving effect), chain and sproke area, seat..
pity that it isn't clear that I don't want to "use" but to "improve" such EDF.

any really, i think they are more for individual parts but i thought they might contain some info, i just thought the more info you have the better the out come would be - JAG is our main distributor here in the uk for rotax so they have some good pdfs particularly this one - http://www.jag-rotax.co.uk/pdfs/FR125%2017072012.pdf (http://www.jag-rotax.co.uk/pdfs/FR125%2017072012.pdf)
yes James, that's the file you already kindly sent me
I guess it is the only one file all over the World from where I can make blueprint sketches
I had a forced pause cause of my frequent business trips, but when I put attention to the project I'm very fast
Hi all guys..
recently I'm busy with my job (abroad) but even if slowly proceeding with Rotax projects
meet you soon here..
cheers
something new..
amazing
that piece is quality!!
That is excellent ! So much detail! Keep up the great work
tks to all.. I'm working on radiator now.. step by step (but next week faster)
..
Looking good! Good job :)
wow just wow :)
thankYou
I dont like rotax's in real life.....but I am so keen for it to be on KRP
So nice!! :D
looks brilliant !
in progress...
(now just first step, to be completed, missing smooth, materials, tex..)
these are amazing models, do you do this for a living or something?
nice
How long du you think the engine will take untill it finished?
which cad software do you use? google sketchup or Pro-Desktop or somthing
he uses 3dsmax i think
3dsMax 10.
No James, it isn't my primary job..
just my "third job" since as said I worked in staff for two race sim
(high tech sim for rally and gp training,
not rf or cmr eh? that are just toys..)
I've been software developer and 2d 3d designer.
but not my real job.
Secret is precision, I'm a perfectionist, as you said:
starting from a sketch made with pencil quoted to 1/2 mm
(go and back from garage to measure our engines)..
not from photoshop, which is good only for texture..
a real pencil draw let you study deeply.
A good project allows to save time instead hundred times testing in 3d.
It might be that it seems (or is?) maniacal:
but a well prepared work makes it fluent.
I'm 50 and whole life on car races, now my son in kart races..
same love I put in drawing racing cars.
So I replied about timing too..
long time, because not my job, and because for next step (exhaust) I'm taking again paper and pencil..
3d are of course little bit heavier than rough models, but apply some solutions to optimize them.
There are some areas that could be improved, and some points I'd like to study, but free time is strict..
That's the story.. hope to have replied to everyone's question.
Now pass to radiator texture.
PS:
e.g. pivots are positioned so you can open cooling flap, turn the water expansion box insert on the cap, and rotate the radiator inclination: so it'll be easier to adjust once combined the engine.
Fantastic!
Thankyou..
details are my passion:
for example
cap has a cross emboss on top
and fixing bar has a part for hex wrench on left side
here you see, right?
wow keep it up :) will there be new sounds for this eventually ;)
do you mean rotax max sounds?
we tried to record it by real, with gopro onboard of my son's, but not satisf quality
I found only old rF r max ignition and idle revs, but not high mid and low revs
is there any way in which someone could take a microphone to a dyno tester or somthing? it would be good to have some new sounds
You would need a pretty good mic to avoid as much clipping as possible.
clipping?
Clipping is when the wavelength of sound is greater than what the microphone can record (or what a speaker can play), basically when it's too loud which I think would be a problem in a dyno room. For what it sounds like, think about when you hold a microphone in the wind. I could be wrong but I think this would be problematic for recording in such a loud environment.
Example of clipping, skip to 3:50

got ya ;)
so please,
I'm spec for design and software, but not for sound recording
who records?
can you record it with a good mic?
I think it must be near exhaust, but not too much: e.g. on the back part of seat, or attached on the driver suit right shoulder
but need regular sounds for
high revs on
off
low revs on
off
mid revs on
off
for at least 5 or 7 seconds each
i'll speak to JAG and see if they have anything, they are not far from where i live so i'll go and speak to them, they might not have anything though :-\
good, thankyou
when is the coming to the game cant wait

cannot say when, only can say that it'll be well done
not yet finished (details) and temporary texture is just small plain for test
front brakes on rotax max??
again this history of front brakes?
who told you that there are front brakes.. pls read one by one previous topics: it's nonsense to repeat all sentences every 30-40 days
what is written in forum is written because guys can read it before.. then write
right?
i think you only have this in country's like sweden etc. with normal rotax max's you only have rear brakes not front ones
right, it's because they have longer time of snow and bad weather (to tell the truth this year we never had a race without rain and snowy on end May at just 1000 mt mountains, but.. this year is strange)
rear brakes only Worldwide for Rotax Max, apart some northern Countries.
germany has front brakes on rotax but we arent northern :D

In euro challenge and Grand finals their is front brakes
who cares about front brakes -.-
do we really need them?
Yes
i dont think we should, keep it standard with rear brakes then youu can add the front brakes if you wish
if you need front brakes, you need to learn to drive -.-
It is better racing with front brakes
no its not.
Funnier racing? for what reason would we need funnier racing?
There was talks of taking front brakes off KF1 at one point as it reduced the overtaking in the race as everyone could brake so much later, so it doesnt actually make more overtaking. I guess it depends on the track though, if there are long straights it will help but on more technical circuits it wont making overtaking better
It will be like rotax jr without front brakes
With front brakes you can brake much later witch leads to more overtakings and better racing..
In euromax the offical rotax series they use front brakes so this is what we should go by

You can brake later and with front brakes is going faster and when it goes fast is fun to race and you are beter driver if you can drive fast with frontbrakes!!!! ;)
might aswell give the 60 mini front brakes aswell then -.- DERP
oh guys!!!
what a caos!
about the model:
I make Rotax Max WITHOUT front brakes because it is and has to be without:
who wants the front barkes just change to KF and uses that chassis.
It is NONSENSE (and "if permitted" I tell my point of view since we have either pilots in National and in World / Euro Rotax Champ):
it is VERY STUPID from Rotax to have allowed such confusion, permitting the use of front brakes in some Countries only, this generates a lot of misunderstanding and moreover the "impossibility to make comparation between Countries": since National Champ should be "the door to go to Extra National Champ": this generates a NONSENSE because all pilots / all Countries should have to reach Ultranational Champ in same condition!!! (why making the regulation fiches? to put some ruls /fixed points: but in this case we see the opposite).
Rotax Max has more or less 30 HP: why front brakes? are you all learning to drive right now? (I mean people that insists that "front brakes in "just Rotax" are necessary, beautiful, nice like a beautiful girl) THEY ARE JUST FUN, USELESS, NO MEANING):
WAKE UP!! I'm a car race driver since 1987 and can say that exceed in brake system is useful when just necessary, otherwise useless, stupid and creates only problems of weight (race with Porsche, where brake system is not "just funny")..
In karting, all what is weight is problem: also useless front brakes.
So I understand that for KF with 42 to 45 HP, or KZ with 50 + HP front brakes are useful,
but nobody can say this with 10 to 15 HP less.
Who says that to drive with front brakes is better because you brake later (sorry for my sincerity, but a forum is done to exchange ideas and LEARN something) it just mean that
"still needs a little bit training more":
remind that the modern braking system (mean for example the CRG ven05 or other) are air cooled and double, floating and with big caliper, where brake pads are studied for the maximum performance (infact you change every 2 times)..
if with such braking system you cannot brake at very last moment it just means that your training / performance was done with this bad habit: never meet who has only back brakes because brakes exactly where you brake, but is lighter weight, so advantaged and more expert.
The fact is totally different and since I started this topic I feel the responsibility to put some ending points to this discussion:
the fact is that many ("too many") Countries are "crazy for pilot safety" and exaggerate in safety regulations (by this foolish idea tomorrow someone could put rubber front like in Disneyland :-)):
we alyas see in television people going out with umbrella just because "weather could be rainy" (poor them) and we all smile, right?
if someone doesn't want risk in races just don't race: play football.
But please don't say that to drive a Rotax with front brakes is better: I can only understand that they could be useful (just could be, because also in Italy it's snowy in winter) useful for Northern Countries where for longer time there can be some ice on the road.. (and also this has be proved, because if you're really able to use brakes ven05 are more than sufficient).
And now let me say (I never said :-), just one time now):
Italy is the Country where most of car races started, and the origin of karting:
CRG, Tony Kart, Maxter, Birel, ..., ..., ..., (should I go on?)
SO: WHY HERE IN ITALY WE DON'T USE FRONT BRAKES? should be a good reason.. right?
We arrive to detach some stickers because save 600 gr and you wish to add 2 and half kg of useless front brakes?
in this case we are in two different Worlds.
about Eurochallenge and Grand Finals it's another story: we also participate (without) to Grand Finals:
front brakes are "just allowed", not obligatory.. that's the point:
"how could them be forbidden, when the organizer allowed them in some Countries? when all Countries are together they must be accepted" (because confusion, this problem, already started at origin).
if someone is offended from this my post please just tell:
my will is to give friendly suggestions and opinions only :-)
bye
Mauro
i totally agree with mauro, if people want front brakes then just take them off the kf karts, it's a stupid argument really as this is what would need to be done anyway, in order to make it so there are brakes at the front, if mauro just leaves it standard then people can do what they want but i certainly won't be using front brakes
thankYou James ;)
http://www.rotaxasia.com/2012/12/regulations-update-senior-front-brakes/
Malaysia
In accordance with the 2013 Rotax Technical Regulations on the front brakes for the Senior category, and after having received requests from drivers & teams, we have decided that the use of front brakes for Senior Max will no longer be allowed at all Rotax events in Malaysia. Therefore all drivers who currently currently have front brakes will need to remove them for the 2013 season starting with the Rotax Invitational event in January.

http://www.karting1.co.uk/the-kf-karting-effect-1.htm
something against front brakes in Rotax and such confusion
Front brakes are also banned in Australia outside of CIK classes.
and that's right and technically correct:
magnesium hubs, ring and disc carrier, duralcan brake disc cost a lot to save more or less 1,8 kg
in race we calculate fuel to save weight,
etc etc..
to insist that to add 2,5 to 3 kg front brake system (even if useless) is an advantage is simply nonsense..
I understand that in some Countries it can be obligatory, and there pilots MUST use: but this is not good at all.
Sorry for my long essay (as you see it's rare that I talk too much) but when I read something too "strange" in racing tech matter..
hope this matter is clear now :D

bad news ..................
my pc is infected by a bad virus and had to suspend work until I don't solve the problem.
I will come back ASAP.
Of course no risk for you: virus is a "fake internet portal" called v9 and produced by Beijing Elex Technology, which capture all secret information from pc (while digiting the pin codes or other data) and pass to third party.
To do this the virus destroy the registry codes because it needs to mask itself under false registry ID.
So prefer to spend my time to destroy such animal and then come back.
okay, even if nobody replied..
virus was finally cancelled and all restarts normally
ok thats good :) i hate it when viruses attack your pc (happened twice now) really messes things up dont it ::)
be very careful to this virus "en.v9.com", really "trendy" in these last days:
when you note that youir homepage disappeared and insist to come back a new portal proposing you facebook, google, called "v9" you're in serious troubles.
v9 is a fake portal which redirect all your browser data to its links, installs 15 to 16 trojains on your pc (under false names and inside paths which you respect, because you need everyday) and captures all your delicate information and passwords to send to third party.
I took 4 days to destroy it, and no one antimalware could really catch it: just one listed the infection paths and I erased all handly with regedit (directly inside registry): I can confirm that we worked in two for 19 hours consecutively to repeat this for four times before discovering that while you cancel the registry it creates "its own safety folders everywhere (mainly in Documents and Settings with new names) to remain alive"..
it's strange and makes you crazy, because it seems a real intelligence which doesn't want to dye while you're killing it.
Be careful because they're so strong that they've a signature too: "Beijing ELEX Technology"..
and that's the novelty "we have also a signature of the virus creator".. crazy World
what the fuck?! looks like the creator(s) have no live hahahaha.
ghosts (Chinese ghosts)
sounds nasty - my pc was attacked by ransome-ware, thats horrible too ask's you to pay £10,000 for the release of your computer and says it's from the police with legit logo's and stuff. Easiest way to get rid of it was just to wipe everything off the computer. You didnt lose any of your brilliant work though?
no, all safe
tomorrow restart and think to textures.. carb, battery, exhaust and details..
once concluded proceed with engine (which is 30%)
here again
just need to place the battery label
that...is.....AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
omg, should be hired by PiBoSo?
MRO, thank you for your dedication in this progression. !!
Thanks you all.. it's really my pleasure.
As many of you know I'm doing for you only, because I don't use KRP (no time).
Here is the battery at final stage (missing the fixing rubber plate, but too many triangles should be added!).
All textures are with Photoshop draws and not photos.
Beautiful MRO, any progress on the engine?
sorry, I had to stop for couple of days because we have an important race next week-end: come back Monday
here again tonight restart
MRO, a quick question for you. How far are you into other things besides modelling, e.g engine mapping and sounds?
Not far
Intrepid James promised to take care of good Rotax max sounds because files I have aren't good enough
engine is already started
but as already explained for a good result I take all the necessary time (read previous posts here).
i have being following your project for a long time, sorry if i seem rude. i am so excited for it, even though i dont like rotax that much in real life anymore, (Not the kart, more the racing, i hate throttling just a little bit to early, sliding and losing half a straight) but you have put in so much detail i was just worried that bad sound or physics are going to ruin it
you're very nice
don't worry: they're seven years that I work in main simulators (even not my real job/activity) and gave all my strenght and contribute in official staff (repeat: don't mean toys like rF)..
I'm maniac of precision, so never will publish something if not really perfect.
About Rotax Max in real life it can seem strange, but I partially agree with you, even if we are a Rotax max team in int.l Champ too.. but believe me that Rotax in each Country is something different (and this is main problem of Rotax organization) and here in Italy is quite serious.
We run in Rotax and KF2.
i would have really loved to be a simulator engineer :(
MRO, will you make te Senior MAX only or yo will do the junior and mini?
progress??
sorry
not in this moment
there are some periods in which I can't follow strictly
but never forget, don't worry
Mro you're tokai the dev for Mini Racing Online the game?
MRO having problems finding sutiable sounds that would be alright in game, but dont worry i'll keep looking ;)
Any news?
Where can we paste the folder to have a Rotax Max ?
Thx
The Rotax Max it isnt released yet, in the first post is the airbox and you have to put it in the folder Intakes
progress??
Any progress on this? :)
Eager to know how this is going... please do keep us updated when free.
progress????
Progress?
+1 on above
Hi, here again.
:-)
lookin' good :)
ThankYou.. what isn't good is that in some parts of the year I have time, in other not at all..
but hopefully now can proceed faster
pregress on the engine???
looks good keep it coming
update on engine.. nice question
well.. I'm working to Rotax Max for two reasons
- Rotax karting for web site applications and other use (whom I promised ready before end of year)
- KRP
but the two models have one point different: weight and triangles number.
Infact for Rotax karting official my work should be as detailed (and perfect) as possible,
same I started for KRP too, but Your SIM creator put some limits which keep too light your models.
The difference between my model and other KRP models is enormous,
and this because KRP preferred low quality models when projected software engine.
I already tested my models in KRP and they work, but actually can't say (UNTIL FINISHED) if they slow down or not..
so?
so I must calculate extra work to strongly decrease quality if my model slows down your game, and this makes impossible to say when Rotax Max will be ready.
hopefully once tested it works well, and this means "ready by one month only", but if it is too heavy (not heavy at all!! but "heavy compared with other KRP models") what should I say now?
frankly speaking, for all other sim I worked models were detailed, heavy and sophisticated (perfect and REAL, as You and me like) but we're now facing a possible problem which doesn't involve me, but the engineers that projected KRP at its beginning.
must check... anyhow I will never make a poor model to make it work in a sim, indeed, in that case better to use meaningless basic models.
what to say?
let's wait and hope.. I will know at the end of my efforts.
any comment?
why all write for updates, but everytime I advise of a possible problem result is silence? >:(

Please contact PiBoSo on this forum, it might take some time for him to respond however.
yes, tks, I already discussed with PiBoSo about this point some months ago
and my worry comes from his replies: I asked the maximum size average
and it is for this reason that I'm worried about KRP standard
but everytime I make tests it works quite well:
to make my tests I also use a very low performance graphic card,
so it immediately slows down in case of problems
(too easy to test with a top graphic card, nonsense)
so I'm proceeding because tests are giving good result till now:
but cannot test it for example in a race online, where it could be more critical situ
however nor PiBoSo can reply: he doesn't know (he said)
and my friend EVO is not replying to my mails: we had a daily update at the beginning, then he disappeared.. really don't know why (since he's expert of KRP performance, probably could know this tech detail)
radiator correct version
(there were a mistake in water pipes)
Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful!
ThankYou :-)
so nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice job! Congrats
Tks all :-)
very nice work indeed ;D
Beautiful work! Can't wait for this mod :D
The engine works with the 3d model?
of course
Great
proceeding: here is draft of section 9: right down side covers and starter
just base
I like this! It's cool
GREAT!
now proceeding with this part of engine
just update
what is this? :)
I'm dying to get my hands on this ;D
Keep up the great work!
yeah, me too.
It'll be awesome
another small update
I told you: to make good work must be slow
You should deffinately take your time, we rather have a high quality engine than a rushed one!
agreed ;)
another few steps (of course not final)
nice :)
developments (but not finished) cyl.. (missing back part and carb side connections)
OMG :o
wow!
another few steps and the cyl is finished (then missing textures) ;)
So **** nice!
mod edit: no swearing please
very nice work Mauro ;D
eh, I must check because in carb side seems too small.. I will correct
cyl final, then complete base
a fast assembly test (just for measures)
Very nice !
very professional
OHH EVO,
what a pleasure! I searched for you via email.. suddenly com interrupted time ago
when and where i can download this ? :)
time.. I think another two months.. end Nov
end Nov for full mod or just a beta one, will you put sound or original piboso sounds?
Senior Max with 28.5 hp?
Senior Max
sounds and rest will be exclusive for this model
pls. don't consider "end Nov" as certain date: it could be earlier as little bit later

have you got any sounds for the engine yet ;D
only starter
for rest some friends here tried to recover, but (as I also tried personally) siound recorded from GoPro or other system isn't good enough (dirty)
another small detail
Ciao.
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :o
i gonna drive this even more than the kf.. with still hatin' rotax :D
i have one and hate it with all my guts blimin thing never works
this engine is hard to manage and regulate, and give satisfaction only if you work on any appearently small "secret".. we are in championship also with Rotax
still draft and uncomplete
couple of weeks and pass to textures
That is very Amazing :D HQ 100% ;D
Release?
at least another 45 / 50 dd
progres? :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o
:o :o :o
progress ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
how much longer i race senior max so im keen as for this!
just looking at the renders i can tell this is going to be epic. people should not even ask the relese date after looking how much efort has been put into this. somone with these skills should atempt a tkm or yam render some day
progress??
Here ;)
Good to see you're back
:)
That is beautiful!
did you see the details, the valve spring and the sprockets teeth? 12 x small sprocket and over 70 for engine sprocket (72)
Details are astounding! 100% accurate! When I had to take the FP7 and Freeline bodywork from SolidWorks (3d CAD) to 3ds Max, I used the 3ds max modifiers "optimize" and "multi-res" in order to consolidate polygons. Similarly, I think that when you get it in game, I can apply reflective and specular maps to parts of the engine (to get a chrome/light shining effect)
Like this:

Can't wait!
mro how do you do it. im not a fan of rotax in anyway shape or for (even tho i have one) but this model for a game if just EPIC MAN keep up the work because it is going to be the best modelling of a rotax in a game iv ever seen
of course, that was already planned.
as I told I'm doing the engine for Rotax and meanwhile for KRP: so I work with full details (at now over 200,000 triangles), and then simplify for KRP.
As example the most easy piece, the pick up - connector has 701 faces.
Just draft... :)
Great effect Birel-Rotax_42.
About "optimizer" option pay a lot of attemption: it is the easiest way to reduce poly or triangles, yes, but you must take care of detailed parameters:
if you don't do so, in a "full detailed work" risk is "bad interpretation of some very small shapes" and it creates distortions, wasting all
updated and more refined
of course all part regarding engine are still without textures
(will follow at the end)
Amazing work Mauro !
:D
This is just so awesome how much detail you put in every single part of the engine. Awesome!
ThankYou!
Wow everytime i hold a part of my engine next to the picture and say: "Its the same!" Great work!
Danke!
(now it's refined)
Holy Crap! Its so beautiful! Keep it up!
sometimes test details progress with assembly
(of course only some parts have texture yet)
;)
OMG!
It's coming along extremely well. Can't wait to see the finished product. Keep up the great work, MRO!
:o sick dude
AMAZING MRO
wow thats...ehm...wow... this looks like my engine in real life :O
wtf what a great jobb :) :)
That's some engineering level quality. I am amazed.
Thanks all,
and thanks EVO... how are u?
These are the spline of the electric starter system (starter, its base, stand, sleeve). :)
result ;)
Yep, looks awesome. :)
last steps (hard part) :)
repeat: there were some wrong vertex
MRO your Rotax Max is a work of art.
Looks absolutely amazing.
Just out of interest I may have missed it but can you tell me how many polys?.
why do you want to know?
I told you that it is too huge for KRP, I'm doing for BRP Rotax GmbH and will reduce to minimum for KRP.
It is not poly buyt triangles: at the moment I'm at 50,588 faces, final work will be approx 53,000 faces.
Then will reduce to 40,000 / 45,000 with some solutions (pure splines rendered, some common instances, etc).
It is a huge detailed work.
