I'm thinking about buying the game in the next couple days but all the tracks I want to play are all mods. what do I do with them once i have the zip file?

Drop the file in \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kart Racing Pro\tracks if u use steam.
And \Program Files (x86)\Kart Racing Pro\tracks if u have bought it from http://kartracing-pro.com/
