Hi guys,
its a pity but I have same problem with track like every GPL-track modder has :) It is huge clipping issue.
In 3dsmax objects looks correct but in the game it looks awful.
Please, maybe someone has key to solve this problem?

Do you use textures with alpha-channel for the buildings and the wall?
Yes, I use. Try to remove alpha-channel.
